BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
40 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Combine all ingredients into a saucepan and mix together.
  • Heat the above mixture until the mixture thickens. (Stir it constantly)
  • Pour into prepared oven proof bowl.
  • Beat the white of the egg with a sugar until stiff.
  • Spread the egg yolk on top of pudding.
  • Place in oven and bake it for 30 minutes until the colour changes to brown.
  • Cool it and chill it.
  • While serving, grate some chocolate over top and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams Brown Sugar 
  • 2 egg yolk 
  • 6 Tablespoons Plain flour 
  • 500 ml milk 
  • 6 Tablespoons Cold Water 
  • 4 Tablespoons butter 
  • 1 teaspoon Salt 
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
