Preparation Method :

  • Drain beans, add capsicum and onions.
  • Make the salad dressing by combining dressing ingredients and mix it well.
  • Top the dressing over salad. (Reserve 2 table spoon of dressing for garnishing).
  • Cover and chill it overnight.
  • Just before serving, remove it from the refrigerator and stir it gently.
  • Now pour the reserved dressing.
  • Serve it immediately.


  • 225 grams sliced green beans
  • 200 grams red kidney beans
  • 250 grams baby lima beans, pre-cooked
  • 1/2 red or green capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced


  • 100 grams sugar
  • 120 ml white wine vinegar
  • 60 ml Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried mustard
  • ¼ teaspoons dried Mixed Herbs
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
