Preparation Method :

  • Preheat and lightly grease a waffle iron.
  • Break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Combine the rice flour, coconut milk, sugar and egg yolks in a bowl and mix until just combined.
  • Whisk the egg whites with the salt until stiff peaks form and fold gently into the waffle mixture.
  • Cook the waffles until they are golden brown and crisp.



  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams rice flour
  • 125 ml coconut milk
  • 100 grams palm sugar or dark brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt
