Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a wok or skillet and fry the chicken, chopped chillies and Khmer Curry Paste until the chicken turns golden brown.
  • Add the bell pepper and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
  • Add the holy basil leaves, sugar and the fish sauce and mix well. Cook until the sauce has reduced slightly and serve.



  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 bird's-eye chilli peppers, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Khmer Curry Paste
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 bunch of holy basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon palm sugar or dark brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fish sauce
