Preparation Method :

  • Boil water and then add chrysanthemum, licorice roots, Chinese wolfberries and sugar.
  • Heat for 5 minutes and allow it to stand for 5 minutes.
  • Filter it using a strainer.
  • Serve it hot. 


  • 100 grams chrysanthemum flowers (dried)
  • 20 grams licorice roots
  • 2 tablespoon of Chinese Wolfberries
  • 2 litre water 
  • Sugar as per taste
