Preparation Method :

  • Cut the chicken breast into even slices.
  • Mix all the ingredients of the marinade and marinate the chicken & keep aside for 1 hour.
  • Coat the marinated chicken with dry cornflour. See to it that each piece is coated.
  • Deep fry the chicken till crispy & golden brown. Drain and keep aside.
  • Heat 2 teaspoon oil in a wok.
  • Add dry red chillies and sauté. Immediately add spring onions, tomato ketchup & honey. Sauté.
  • Add the crispy fried chicken & stir-fry ensuring that each piece is coated with the sauce.
  • Serve hot.


  • 250 grams chicken breast boneless
  • 100 grams cornflour - approx
  • 3 dry, red chillies - broken into bits
  • 2 tablespoons spring onions - cut into dices
  • 2½ tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Cooking oil for frying


  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon aji-no-moto
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
