Preparation Method :

  • Cook noodles according to crisp fried fresh egg noodles recipe. Arrange noodles on serving platter and keep warm.
  • Combine seafood, ginger, corn flour, soy sauce and sherry, toss to coat.
  • Heat oil. Add seafood and stir-fry 2 - 3 minutes. Remove from pan.
  • Heat remaining oil. Add salt and Chinese cabbage stalks, and stir fry 1 minute.
  • Add cabbage leaves, bamboo shoots and mushrooms. Cover and cook 2 minutes.
  • Return seafood to reheat.
  • Serve over crisp noodles.


  • 500 grams crisp fried fresh egg noodles
  • 250 grams prawn meat, deveined
  • 250 grams scallops
  • 250 grams prepared squid
  • 250 grams sliced fish fillets
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger root
  • 4 tablespoons corn flour
  • 4 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons sherry
  • 6 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 stalks Chinese cabbage cut in 2.5 cm pieces
  • 250 grams sliced bamboo shoots
  • 250 grams straw mushrooms, sliced lengthways
