BARBECUED SPARE RIBS

Preparation Time :
45 minutes

Cooking Time :
3 hours 30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Combine clove, soy sauce, sherry, hoisin sauce, chicken stock, oil. pour over ribs and marinate 3 hours, turning ribs every hour.
  • Place ribs on a rack over a baking dish containing 2 cm water and roast in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) until cooked when tested.
  • Garnish with shallot curls and chilies.
  • Serve on a bed of deep fried spring rain noodles (vermicelli).

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ kg pork spare ribs
  • Shallot curls
  • Red and green chilies
  • Barbecued sauce
  • 4 cloves garlics, crushed
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sherry
  • 5 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
