Preparation Method :

  • Top and tail snow peas and wipe with a damp cloth if necessary. Heat oil in a wok, add snow peas and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • Add oyster sauce and toss to coat. Remove and keep warm.
  • Trim meat and cut into four pieces. Heat remaining oil, add meat, garlic and ginger and cook meat is sealed on both sides. Remove and cut meat into strips.
  • Return to the wok and continue stir-frying for a further 5 minutes. Sprinkle with soy sauce.
  • Serve topped with sliced chili.


  • 1 kg snow peas
  • 5 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 3 teaspoons oyster sauce
  • 1 kg rump steak
  • 4 cloves garlics, finely chopped
  • 4 thin slices fresh ginger root, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 red chilis, seeded and sliced
