Preparation Method :

  • Beat egg white adding ajinomoto, salt, cornflour and rice wine. Add shrimp, stir & leave to marinate. Boil peas with little sugar & drain.
  • Heat oil in a wok. Add shrimp & peas, fry for 1 minute. Drain & set aside.
  • Heat 3 tablespoon of oil with a pinch of salt and ajinomoto and 1½ tablespoon rice wine. Return the shrimp and peas to the wok and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • Serve on a bed of lettuce or cabbage leaves.


  • 500 grams shrimps - heads removed, shelled & deveined &cleaned & dried
  • Egg white
  • pinch ajinomoto
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2½ tablespoons rice wine
  • 50 grams fresh or frozen peas


  • 50 ml Cooking oil
  • pinch ajinomoto
  • A pinch salt
  • 1½ tablespoons rice wine
