Preparation Method :

  • Toss fish slices in corn flour to coat.
  • Bring stock to the boil. Add soy sauce, wine and fish pieces. Simmer covered for 6 minutes.
  • Add spinach; cook uncovered until bright green, 1 - 2 minutes.
  • Adjust seasonings and serve. 


  • 500 grams firm white fish fillets, cut into slices
  • 4 tablespoons seasoned corn flour
  • 2 liters fish stock
  • 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ginger wine
  • 500 grams spinach leaf cut in 2 cm pieces 
  • Salt and pepper
