GINGER MUTTON SOUP

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
50 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put lamb / mutton, ginger, vinegar and water in a pot.
  • Bring it to boil and then simmer it for 30 - 40 minutes until the meat is tender
  • Add salt, pepper and wine and stir it well.
  • Serve it hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams lamb or mutton (blanched and cut into pieces)
  • 75 grams old ginger(cleaned and minced)
  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 litre water
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper to taste
