Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and stir briefly. Add a third of beef.
  • Stir-fry 1 minute until it changes color. Remove and repeat with remaining slices.
  • Return beef to pan. Add soy sauce and sherry, and cook for 1 minute. Pour in stock.
  • Blend corn flour with oyster sauce, remaining stock, soy sauce, sugar and salt.
  • Stir in to thicken.
  • Serve at once.


  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 750 grams grilling steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 250 beef stock
  • Corn flour
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 3 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
