Preparation Method :

  • Place the mayonnaise, garlic, tomato ketchup, mustard paste, salt, pepper powder and shredded chicken in a bowl and mix well. Divide into four portions.
  • Slit the rolls but do not cut through.
  • Line the rolls with lettuce leaves and spread one portion of the chicken mixture on the bottom half of each roll and press the top half down lightly. Secure with a toothpick and serve immediately.



  • 500 grams chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
  • 6 rolls
  • 100 grams Mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon mustard paste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • A few lettuce leaves, to garnish
  • Salt to taste
