Preparation Method :

  • Place the minced chicken in a bowl. Add the ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, cashew nut paste, chaat masala, garam masala powder, pepper powder, fresh coriander, lemon juice and salt. Mix well and divide into four portions.
  • Moisten your hands, take each portion of the chicken mixture and press it firmly around a satay stick.
  • Heat a taw and drizzle some oil on it. Place the satay sticks on the tawa and cook, turning them from time to time so that they cook evenly on all sides.
  • Baste the kababs with butter at regular intervals. Remove when completely cooked and set aside.
  • Heat another tawa. Slit the hot dog rolls without cutting through and roast them on the tawa till slightly crisp.
  • Place some lettuce on each hot dog roll. Place a kabab on the lettuce and top it with some onions and mint chutney.
  • Press the top of the roll down lightly and serve immediately.



  • 500 grams minced chicken

  • 4 tablespoons cashew nut paste
  • 2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 2 teaspoon white pepper powder
  • 6 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 head of lettuce, shredded
  • 4 medium onions, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons Mint Chutney
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
