Preparation Method :

  • In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, yogurt, red chilli sauce, red capsicum, green capsicum, sweet corn, onion, salt, lemon juice, fresh coriander and garlic.
  • Divide the mixture into four equal portions.
  • Place each tortilla on the worktop, spread one portion of the mixture evenly over it and roll up tightly. Wrap in foil and place in a refrigerator to chill for half an hour.
  • When ready to serve, remove the foil and slice each roll diagonally into two-inch thick slices and serve chilled.



  • 6 ten-inch whole wheat tortillas
  • 5 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 100 grams yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon red chilli sauce
  • 2 small red capsicum, finely chopped
  • 2 small green capsicum, finely chopped
  • 100 grams sweet corn kernels, boiled
  • 2 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
