Preparation Method :

  • Thoroughly mix all ingredients listed in the ingredients for the balls.
  • Shape this mixture into small balls.
  • Dip in lightly beaten eggs and roll in cornflour to coat. Shake off excess.
  • Heat oil in a wok and fry the meat balls until golden brown all over.
  • Serve hot along with chilli sauce.


  • 350 grams ground or finely chopped pork or lamb
  • 1 spring onion - finely chopped
  • 2 thin slices gingers - finely chopped
  • 2 flakes garlics - crushed and chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 10 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ajinomoto
  • 75 grams cornflour
  • 75 grams flour
  • 2 green chillies - finely chopped
