FRENCH CHOCOLATE DRINK

Preparation Method :

In a sauce pan add chocolate, water, sugar and salt and stir over low heat
Cook for 10 minutes and keep stirring so the mixture does not scorch.
Cool the mixture and add whipped cream, mix it well.
Put 1 or 2 spoon chocolate cream into each cup and pour in hot milk and serve.

INGREDIENTS

30 grams unsweetened chocolate
125 ml water
6 table spoon sugar
1 tea spoon salt
60 ml whipping cream (whipped)
500 ml hot milk
