Preparation Method :
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas mark 5.
- Grease 1 - litre shallow ovenproof dish with melted butter and arrange pear slices and raspberries in it.
- Mix flour and sugar together in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, milk and vanilla.
- Gradually whisk egg mixture into flour and sugar until evenly mixed and light, creamy batter.
- Fold in 2 tablespoons melted butter. Pour batter carefully into baking dish over fruit and bake for about 45 minutes or until risen and golden brown. Serve warm with cream.

- 100 grams fresh raspberries
- 75 grams plain flour
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
