Preparation Method :

  • Sauté onion and celery in butter in a sauce pan.
  • Now add broth and cheese.
  • Remove from the heat, cool it and put in blender and make puree.
  • Add this puree to pan and add milk.
  • Cook it for 2 minutes
  • Garnish with fresh chives and serve it.


  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • 75 grams onion, chopped
  • 50 grams celery, sliced
  • ½ a wheel brie cheese
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 table spoon butter
