Preparation Method :

  • Heat a frying pan and add olive oil.
  • Add the chopped garlic and cook till it changes its colour.
  • Now add the flour and mix well, then cook for 1 minute.
  • Add some boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Mix the egg yolk, pepper and vinegar in a in a separate bowl.
  • Add the egg white to the soup, while stirring with a whisk, so that no large pieces of egg white form.
  • Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add the egg yolk mixture, keep stirring to avoid coagulation.
  • Garnish with bread and serve it hot.


  • 14 cloves of garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Water as required
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • 1 egg
