Preparation Method :

  • Sauté the onions with butter in a frying pan until colour of the onion changes.
  • Add mushrooms, red peppers, ham, and parsley.
  • Cook the above mixture for an additional 5 minutes. (Stirring occasionally).
  • Add Cognac and stir until it has evaporated a bit for 90 seconds.
  • Remove from heat and mix breadcrumbs.
  • Season it with salt and pepper.
  • Serve warm or chilled. 


  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 100 grams mushrooms (chopped)
  • 100 grams onion (finely chopped)
  • 20 grams roasted red peppers (drained and finely chopped)
  • 30 grams French ham (finely chopped)
  • ½ tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Cognac
  • 1 teaspoon breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
