Preparation Method :

  • Mix apricot preserves and Dijon mustard combine preserves and mustard. Keep 1/2 cup separately for serving.
  • Alternate sausage, apricots and mushrooms on four metal or soaked wooden skewers.
  • Cover and Grill it over indirect heat for 15-20 minutes or until meat juices run clear.
  • Turn it frequently and baste with apricot sauce.
  • Warm the reserved sauce.
  • Serve with kabobs and rice.


  • 250 gram apricot preserves
  • 250 gram Dijon mustard
  • 500 gram cooked kielbasa (cut pieces)
  • 15 dried apricots
  • 10 fresh mushrooms
  • Hot cooked rice
