Preparation Time :
2 hours 20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Prepare the dressing by mixing mustard, olive oil, vinegar, beef stock, Sugar, salt and pepper into a bowl.
  • Peel and slice the precooked knockwurst into strips.
  • Put knockwurst, Onion, Potato, and pickle in large bowl.
  • Pour the salad dressing over salad and mix it well.
  • Keep the salad in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Peel and thinly slice egg and mix with salad.
  • Use lettuce leaves for serving the salad.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 teaspoon German mustard
  • 2 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons cold beef stock
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 medium Onion (chopped into thin rings)
  • 450 gram precooked knockwurst
  • 1 medium Potato (boiled and diced)
  • 1 hard cooked egg
  • 1 dill pickles (sliced)
  • lettuce leaves
