CHEESE BALL

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Soak minced onion in milk for 2- 5 minutes.
  • Mix all other ingredients except meat.
  • Make small balls of the above mixture and place meat on saran wrap.
  • Roll ball in meat and wrap and keep in refrigerator until ready to use.
  • Serve with crackers.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ philidelphia cream cheese
  • 30 gram beef
  • garlic powder
  • 50 gram cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
