Preparation Method :

  • Sauté onion, parsley and mushroom in butter till mushroom turns slight brown in colour.
  • Add the refined flour and mix well.
  • Now pour water slowly and keep stirring it and add salt.
  • Cook the soup for 15- 20 minutes.
  • Pour it in a soup bowl.
  • Serve it hot.


  • 500 grams fresh mushroom
  • 5 tablespoon butter
  • 2 finely chopped onion
  • 2 table spoon minced Parsley
  • 4 tablespoon refined Flour
  • Water
  • 2 tea spoon salt
