Preparation Method :

  • Combine all the ingredients in a sauce pan and boil it. Stir it constantly as it starts to boil to produce a creamy froth.
  • Remove it from the heat and pour the coffee into serving cup. Transfer the froth into each cup with the help of a spoon.
  • Serve it hot !


  • 2 teaspoons Greek coffee 
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 500 ml water
