GREEK FRAPPE

Preparation Time :
5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Combine coffee, sugar, and half of the cold water in a blender. Blend it well to produce thick foam.
  • In a serving glass first place the ice cubes and then slowly pour coffee foam into the glass.
  • Add milk and top it up with remaining cold water.
  • Mix it well without disturbing the foam and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 teaspoon instant coffee powder
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 250 ml cold water
  • 150 ml evaporated/condensed milk
  • 10 ice cubes
