THE GREEK LANTERN

Preparation Time :
5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Except soda and lemon zest, blend all the ingredients in a blender. Filter it.
  • In a serving glass place the ice cubes first and then pour the parsley mixture.
  • Top with club soda and garnish with lemon zest.
  • Serve it chill.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 grams Parsley Sprigs
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 600 ml Club Soda 
  • 500 ml Water
  • 120 ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Zest (grated) for garnishing
  • 10 ice cubes
