Preparation Method :

  • Dissolve white sugar and cornstarch with water in a pot. Add cream of tartar.
  • Cook at low temperature for 5 minutes until the mixture becomes thick and smooth.
  • Add vanilla essence and pistachios.
  • Pour the above prepared mixture into a greased baking pan and keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  • Cut into small cubes and roll each piece with the confectioner's sugar.
  • Serve it immediately.


  • 200 grams white Sugar
  • 60 grams pistachios
  • 120 ml Water
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon Cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoon confectioner's sugar
