Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Boil, steam or microwave potato until tender; cool, refrigerate until cold.
  • Blend or process potato, tarama, juice, vinegar, onion and oil until smooth.
  • Recipe can be made 3 days ahead.
  • Storage: Covered, in refrigerator. Freeze: Not suitable. Microwave: Potato suitable.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 grams Old Potato peeled, chopped
  • 100 grams taramas
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 60 ml white vinegar
  • 50 grams onion, finely grated
  • 250ml Peanut oil
