Preparation Method :

  • Combine salt, oregano and pepper.
  • Coat the potatoes slice with the mixed seasoning ingredients and place it on a baking tray.
  • Pour olive oil and lemon juice and bake it uncovered in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for 1 hour.
  • Serve it hot with ketchup.


  • 8 potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced
  • 6 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice 
  • 1 teaspoon oregano 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
