SHRIMPS SAGANAKI-SHRIMPS WITH FETA CHEESE

Preparation Method :

  • Prepare the shrimps by removing their shells and deveining them. Preheat the oven at 200°C.
  • In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic and green pepper. Add and combine the tomatoes and salt and pepper. Let the sauce simmer over medium-heat for 10 minutes.
  • In a deep pan, add the shrimps, parsley, Feta cheese, and paprika. Pour over the tomato sauce.
  • Bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg shrimps, shelled and deveined
  • 250 grams Feta cheese
  • 200 ml Cooking oil 
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, diced or 1 can tomatoes, crushed
  • 1 green pepper, cut into small chunks
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 200 grams fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
