Preparation Method :

  • Heat a pan with adequate water and mangoes and bring to boil.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes. Drain the water, peel and remove the stones.
  • Place the pulp above aside.
  • In a deep bowl, add the water, sugar, salt, jeera powder and mango pulp.
  • Mix well and add mint leaves.
  • Serve over crushed ice.


  • 3 green mango (Aam)
  • 300 ml water
  • ½ teaspoon jeera, dry roasted and powdered
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon mint leaves. Finely chopped
  • 6 ice cubes, crushed
