- In a bowl, whisk the yogurt and water until well blended. The consistency should be that of full cream milk.
- Adjust by adding more water if necessary.
- Add the ginger, chillies and ground cumin, season with the salt and black pepper and mix well.
- Pour into 4 serving glasses and chill. Garnish with chopped coriander before serving.
INGREDIENTS
- 450 ml natural (plain) yogurt
- 350 ml water
- 1 in piece fresh root ginger, finely crushed
- 2 fresh green chilies, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- Few fresh coriander leaves, chopped, to garnish
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
