Preparation Method :

  • Heat the Ghee in a pan and fry fennel seeds, cardamon, clove, bay leaf, cinnamon, and Add red chilli paste, ginger garlic paste fry a while.
  • Add onions, and fry for a while, then add tomatoes, and cut vegetables along with salt and turmeric powder, and cover it with lid.
  • When it's done add the poha (Puffed rice/aval) and fry and mix well.
  • Cover it and simmer it for 5minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.


  • 200 grams poha (thick) (soaked and drained)
  • 50 grams Green peas
  • 50 grams Beans
  • 50 grams Carrot
  • 50 grams Cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • Salt as per requirement
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 4 Cardamoms
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
