Preparation Method :

  • Soak poha in 1½ teaspoon soy sauce and required amount of water for half an hour. Strain and keep aside.
  • Heat 2 teaspoon oil. Saute garlic for a minute.
  • Add capsicum, cabbage, carrots, spinach and spring onions one at a time and stir-fry with ½ teaspoon soy sauce, salt and sugar on a high flame for 2 minutes each.
  • Stir in the poha.
  • Add chilly flakes and pepper.
  • Garnish with spring onions and serve hot. 


  • 200 grams poha
  • 3 tablespoons cabbage, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons carrot, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons spring onions, finely chopped along with the green stem
  • 3 tablespoons spinach, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons capsicum - all colours, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
