Preparation Method :

  • Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste.
  • Use as a filling with butter in sandwiches, as a topping on savoury biscuits or as a filling in peixe recheado.


  • 100 grams grated Coconut
  • 150 grams Coriander leaves chopped
  • 3 Green Chillies, chopped
  • 6 cloves Garlic (lam), chopped
  • 2 grams Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated sugar
  • 3 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 100 ml Water
