Preparation Method :

  • Dry roast the flour on medium heat for 8 minutes till slightly brown.
  • Add the ghee and mix well, so that no lumps form. Remove from heat. Cool slightly.
  • Add sugar and mix well.
  • Add coconut, almond, raisins, puffed lotus seeds, chironji and mix well.



  • 200 grams whole wheat flour
  • 50 grams melted ghee
  • 50 grams powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoon dried grated coconut
  • 2 tablespoon almonds- chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 tablespoon chironji
  • 6 puffed lotus seeds-roasted in 1 teaspoon of ghee and crushed lightly
