Preparation Method :

  • Powder cardamom.
  • Dissolve saffron of boiling water and crush between fingers to soften until the milk turns orange Break and fry cashew in melted ghee.
  • In a teaspoon of ghee, fry the vermicilli for 10 seconds; add milk and cook for 5 minutes in the pan; close lid and stir in between.
  • In another pan add sugar with water; melt over fire and remove scum. Stir until becomes a slightly thick consistency.
  • Now add the cooked vermicilli and ghee. Stir and add the saffron, and the fried cashew nuts and powdered cardamom.


  • 800 grams of Semia 
  • 350 grams of Sugar 
  • 200 ml of Milk 
  • Cashew a few
  • 2 teaspoon Cardamom 
  • Saffron a few strands
  • 300 grams of Ghee
