Preparation Method :

  • Chop bananas. Steam, remove skin and mash in blender
  • Melt and strain jaggery as required
  • Mix the banana puree well with the jaggery over fire until it thickens and leaves the sides.
  • Add ghee and remove from fire; when it cools fill in a bottle and store.


  • 4 kg of Nendram bananas 
  • 1 kg of Jaggery 
  • 4 tablespoons Ghee
