Preparation Method :

  • Soak the khus khus in a teaspoon of water for 15 minutes and grind into a fine paste with cashewnuts and grated coconut
  • Soak saffron and remove essence as specified in previous recipes
  • Boil milk and thicken for 15 minutes
  • Add sugar to the thickened milk and allow it to dissolve completely. Add the paste to cooled milk and mix well to avoid lumps.
  • Now add saffron and nutmeg powder.


  • 1½ liter of Milk 
  • 300 grams of Sugar 
  • 2 tablespoon Khus khus 
  • 5 tablespoons Cashew 
  • 2 tablespoon Grated coconut 
  • Nutmeg a pinch
  • Saffron a few strands
