Preparation Method :

  • Make a paste with arrowroot and a cup of cold milk and add to the rest of the milk.
  • Add sugar and khoya and cook till of thick creamy consistency. Add whipped cream and nuts.
  • Finally add in the essence and mix. Remove, cool and pour into kulfi moulds and freeze.


  • 50 grams finely chopped pistachios  
  • 1 litre milk
  • 100 grams arrowroot
  • 250 grams castor sugar
  • 150 grams khoya
  • 150 ml cream
  • A few drops kewra essence
