Preparation Method :

  • Melt ghee in a kadhai. Add the gram flour and keep stiring continuously over medium heat for about 10 minutes till golden brown. Add the cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Remove from heat and transfer to a plate. Keep aside to cool for 1-2 hours to cool completely or the laddoos will not hold shape and become flat.
  • After the gram flour is completely cool, mix sugar and gram flour mixture together. Check sweetness and add to taste. Rub with both hands for 3-4 minutes till well blended. Make laddoos.



  • 200 grams gram flour, coarsely ground is better
  • 100 grams ghee
  • ¼ teaspoon green cardamom powder
  • 120 grams powdered sugar
