Preparation Method :

  • Fry all dhals till golden brown, then make it cool.
  • Then make fine powder of all mixed Dhal and also sugar.
  • Now fry the dhal powder in ghee till golden brown.
  • Mix with sugar powder, finely chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder and prepare laddu.
  • Garnish with dry fruits and serve it.


  • 200 grams Green gram
  • 200 grams Bengal gram
  • 100 grams Black gram
  • 100 grams Red gram
  • 800 grams Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 200 grams Chopped dry fruits
  • 1 kg Ghee
