Preparation Method :

  • Take a pan and add the jaggery, water. Stir it until jaggery dissolves in water.
  • After jaggery gets dissolved, Drain the impurities from the syrup using the filter.
  • Add the syrup to the rice flour and mix well along with the sesame seeds and make dough.
  • Then divide it into equal portions and make it as small balls.
  • Now take a frying pan and heat oil in a medium flame. Deep fry the sesame balls till it become a chocolate brown.
  • Finally, drain on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.


  • 250 grams Rice flour
  • 250 grams Jaggery, crushed
  • 25 grams Sesame seeds
  • Sesame oil, to fry
