Preparation Method :

  • Spread coconut on a Plain Plate and dry for 1 hour.
  • Then mix with ground paneer, sugar and cardamoms.
  • Heat the pan and put the mixtures, cook over a slow fire till the mixture turns thick and leaves the sides of the vessel.
  • Mix in the essence and remove from flame.
  • Put in a ghee greased plate, cover with foil and cut into pieces when cold.    



  • 200 grams homemade Paneer
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 100 grams finely grated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder  
  • ½ teaspoon rose essence
  • Silver foil
