Preparation Method :

  • Knead the paneer for 3 minutes on a clean surface after the excess water has drained out, while it is still moist.
  • Add the icing sugar and cardamom powder and continue kneading for 2 more minutes.
  • Place the mixture on very low flame and stir till the raw smell of the paneer goes and the mixture forms a soft dough. Do not overheat.
  • Knead the dough again and form desired shapes.
  • Make a small indent on top of the sandesh and place segments of kiwi fruit.
  • Refrigerate and serve chilled.


  • 2 kiwi fruits
  • 200 grams paneer
  • 8 tablespoon icing sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
