Preparation Method :

  • In a heavy-bottomed pan, add all the ingredients except 2 tablespoon ghee and cook on low heat. Keep stirring constantly till it reaches a thick halwa consistency.
  • Prepare a serving plate grease with ghee evenly on all sides.
  • Pour the thick mixture on to the buttered plate. While still hot cut into squares.
  • Cool and serve.


  • 600 ml milk
  • 300 grams sugar
  • 120 grams ghee
  • 50 grams semolina
