Preparation Method :

  • Boil the milk in a heavy bottomed vessel, stirring continuously with a laddle.
  • Take care not to get malai.
  • Mix the boiling milk till it gets a very thick form. Add sugar and ghee.
  • Mix well and remove from flame.


  • 2 litres of thick milk
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
